We are hiring a Pastry Chef for our dessert and cake section.
What you'll do - Produce entremets, tarts, celebration cakes and plated desserts - Develop seasonal menu items with the head chef - Maintain mise en place, costing and quality standards
What we're looking for - Solid base in custards, mousses, sponges and finishing - Speed with consistency during service and pre-orders - Formal pastry training preferred
